I have had the hose between the radiator and transaxle blow twice now since I changed the radiator.
It's the smaller line to the transaxle I'm assuming the pressure line.
What could be the problem?

Have you serviced the transmission lately? If a filter screen is starting to clog up then it can be creating excessive pressure. I would start there first. It sounds like a trans cooler line and it really shouldn't be high pressure.

Thanks califdadof3.
Before I got your reply I went to the store and got new hose and more fluid and a new trans filter.
The filter was 15 dollars canadian.
Other issues I have noticed the driver front wheel has been overheating periodically,on the axle.
I'm going to take a stab at this and assume that because the trans fluid wasn't proprly cooling it was heating up the axle.
Now I'm getting misfire in the plugs and after checking I believe the plug tubes have come lose.
Fouling the plugs with oil.
This all started when the radiator went a few months ago and overheated the engine.

Are you experiencing any fluid loss from the radiator? You might also need to check compression to see if the head warped from overheating.
