How much should I charge per square foot to paint the interior walls of a house with cathedral cielings

How will the paint be applied - brush, roller, spray or perhaps by another method? Will you need to be renting any scaffolding and/or moving any furniture? Do any repairs to the walls need to be made? How many coats of paint are needed and will you also need to be applying a primer? Who will be supplying the paint, you or the customer? Will you need to be supplying a painting contract to the customer?

Those are just some of the many possible questions that would need to be answered in order to be able to come up with how much to charge.

Would you please provide as many specifics as you can concerning what's involved in the job, please? Also, it would be helpful to know at least a general location for the job, like New York City area, etc.
