If I was a waiter at the Duluxe Lounge. In my first weekly pay in March, I earned 120.00 for the 40 I worked. In addition, I reports my tips for February to my employer(450.00), and the employer withholds the appropriate taxes for the tips from this pay in March. I would I calculate my take home pay assuming the employer withheld federal income tax I'm married with 2 allowances, social security taxes, and state income tax(2%).

I cannot help you, as I would need to access the withholding tables to do this calculation, something I will NOT do without compensation for my time and effort.
Sorry!

In my opinion, you take the withholding from BOTH (450 + 120).
