Questions to ask a business owner on our initial meeting for commercial cleaning?

IF you are speaking to the decision maker...

Introduce yourself and what you do. Spend a little (very little) time on you and your company. Ask him/her questions, and listen to their responses, listen closely and take notes. Get them to start talking about any problems they may be currently experiencing. Tell them (in short review) how you can solve their situations.

Ask him if you may do a building survey and if they have printed specifications? Then, that you will get back to set up an appointment to deliver a competitive proposal.
