This is not a "business and careers" question - I have asked that it be moved.
What does this have to do with your question about on-line sex personal ads?
If you are asking legally how to proceed more info is needed.
Some who can offer emotional support will come along.

No need to worry, everything problem has a solution,, so the law suit you're talking about, wha good would it bring if you proceed ?

If you need work why not look at your own skills.
Can you teach people how to cook, run a restaurant, kitchen, can you offer your services to the catering industry in helping them staff there own hotels/restaurants.
Do you have a degree?
Why not try for one,go back to college.
To see a change in your life you have to start moving, making plans, and being pro active,if you get knocked back, try again, you may need to knock on a few doors, but you only need one yes,to get you started.
Get some professional help if your feeling depressed, see a career guidance councillor, look into adult education and funding, you won't know until you try.

I like this a lot - very well said. As far as the lawsuit - sometimes the best thing to do, the solution, is to "simply" walk away.
