What methods have you used to try and correct it?
I have used Nair hair removal products before, they make ones specially for your face. You just apply the cream, leave for 5-10 minutes then scrape off. All the hair is gone for several weeks.
There is also laser hair removal but it is expensive so it depends on your budget.
Microdermabrasion can help with scarring and pores, but again it is expensive. Some of the over the counter facial scrubs can work just as well for pores.
Now the next part of your question...
Your husband has issues with scars and facial hair?
I don't mean to be rude but where does he get off?
My face is literally covered in both acne and scars and my partner doesn't care... he loves me for who I am, not some blemishes on my face.
I'm not very good with the relationship advice but I think this is really something that needs to be addressed!

shazamataz gave some great advice, but I do want to add that I think your husband is a jerk.
Might check with your physician, sometimes hormones go crazy and cause hair growth on the face.
As far as the scars and pores go, only a Dermatologist or Cosmetic surgeon can help you out there. Sometimes lasering and fillers will take care of it.

What exactly are you disagreeing with? The fact that I suggested seeing a doctor or the fact that your husband is a jerk if he's so shallow that he doesn't love you because of your pores and hair?

I think there are many avenues to look into however the last couple of members gave you the best solutions. You can go see a skin doctor as well for guidance for prescription topical meds but a cosmetic surgeon will clean up all your pores instantly with a derm abrassion or a laser treatment, not to mention you can choose a chemical peel (light, medium or strong... you can decide that with the doc.. ). Also if you go to a quality salon/spa you can find out if they "R.N." cosmetologists that can work with your facial hair issues as well as pore issues.
The thing is... if you go to a professional for expensive products they have access to creams that have a higher level of medicinal ingredient than an over the counter, but the best advice is to have a consultation (sometimes free... ) with a cosmetic/plastic surgeon and ALL YOUR PROBLEMS will become history (provided he's/she's REPUTABLE!).
P.S: did your skin problems occure after you married your husband or before? I'm confused. He loved you enough to marry you right?

I made an error... let me fix that by saying, "if you go to a quality salon/spa you can find out if they ARE "R.N." (nurse degree) cosmetologists that can work with you..." sorry about that...
Consult your dermatologist!
For scars try Vitamin E or Mederma.
Make sure to reguarily wash your fash and moisturize. Be careful to not put harmful things on your face. Try face masks sometimes. Wash your face with a cleanser and sometimes with a exfoliator. Avoid touching your face a lot so that dirt doesn't build up in your pores. Eat healthy [vegetables, fruit, lean meat, water].
What is your skin type?
You could wax your facial hair, and tweeze your eyebrows.
