Help... I bought, from Amazon, a projector. Of course it was sold to me by another company, the price that was posted was wrong, I found this out when my order was cancelled. I called the company and was told to bad and merry christmas.as they hung up on me.. thought I was going to freak. Amazon has been wonderful but not much they can do. What can I do to these rats? The woman from the company was so rude I want her to know what happens when you treat people in this manner. Truly, I am so very tired of everything becoming a fight, or your on the phone for hours to get to the right dept. then without question the phone cuts out. What ever happened to being nice... I try to live with this in mind treat as you want to be treated. Maybe what "they" want is for all of us to just give up the fight. Thank you for your time

There is a web site called "rip off report" or something of the sort. But really in the end they get what's coming, you cannot run a business like that and prosper. So wasting your energy and bad Karma on them is doing you more harm than you can inflict on them.

Going the attorney genmeral route or BBB is kind of waste of time because they really have no teeth for the kind of problem you experienced and most people don't check before making a purchase anyway, Did you?
