Hey my couzin wants to know how to get her boyfriend to kiss her? They have been dating for a month and haven't kissed yet. She is thirteen. So do you have any advice at all that I can give to her??

My advice is don't kiss when you're that young. If you end up experiencing everything by the time you're 15, there's nothing left to live for. Kissing means nothing. Get to know the other person and inspire him so that his eyes light up when he sees you and a big smile is on his lips when he's with you. Anybody can kiss; do the more difficult thing and get into his heart.

I agree word for word. Middle school is not really a good time to be desperate to kiss someone.

Tell your cousin not to rush things! Just let the relationship unfold and flourish on its own! She will regret trying to make him kiss her later in the relationship. She will appreciate and enjoy their first kiss together far more if she just lets things happen.

Tell her she's too young to be "dating" let alone kissing.

Don't kiss him... Be young and wait till you get at least fifteen. Tell her this.

He's probably thinking "How can I get her to kiss me?" At least, that's what I was thinking as I took my first girlfriend home from our first date. She solved the problem by giving me a kiss goodnight just as I was about to leave. Very brief, nothing passionate, but definitely a "boyfriend/girlfriend" kiss, not a "friendly" one.
Unless he's very unusual, he will not object, believe me ;-)

I remember being in the same situation when I was 13, I wouldn't say that she's to young to kiss but if they both want it to happen it will, so tell her to just go with the flow :)

OK. She's not too young. You're not too young to like someone. I wasn't allowed to date until I was like 14 and it sucked. If you like someone then go for them. Like really. You can tell her that if she wants to kiss him start with a kiss on the cheek. If you really want him to kiss you kiss him on the cheek too and if he turns his head just smile at him. Then if he asks why you did that tell him you want to kiss him. Eventually he will get the hints. Just talk to him about it and if he doesn't feel the same way yet just hold off on the kissing till he is ready just start with kisses on the cheek. If he does feel the same way then you guys can kiss (: but 13 is never too young.
