I'm looking for a movie mightve been as a crime thriller type. It had a lead woman as a officer maybe fbi or cia, the one take down I remember was this black woman that had aids and a her baby strapped to her. The one thing that was told to look out for when they went in was that she tries to attack people with the needles in her hair to infect them...
