My steph daughters mother got her child support dropped due to she gets SSI. Is that legal and can we get her visits stopped?

This is a legal (family law) question and I have asked that it be moved.

Child support and visitation are two different things - one does not hinge on the other. The fact that she is not paying support is not grounds to limit or stop visitation.

Also is it SSI or SSD ?
