Water is enter a house I just bought at the base of the floor & walls I started digging up the floor all the way around the basement . There are no dirt or sand all clay everything wet the front of the house I can pump out a 5 gal bucket of water a hour or so later I can do it again.  Also every stack pipe and bleeder pipe in the floor I com acrose are broke.

Is this water coming from the broken pipes or from outside ground water?
 
 
every stack pipe and bleeder pipe in the floor I com acrose are broke.
You didn't say but I'm going to assume that this is a older home with cast iron drainage.
This is not a healthy situation.  Open drainage pipes can spew out some nasty stuff. You need a good sharp plumber to asses your system and either repair the broken pipes or convert your system to PVC.  Good luck,  Tom
