i am 19 years old, had sex with my boyfriend on the 21st 22nd and 23rd of may, (the days i was most fertile) my period last period started on may 8th. june came and it was time for my monthly visitor and nothing, i have never been late before or missed in my life that i can ever remember, ive missed for 12 days now. i have been having severe indigestion and heartburn after eating and throughout the day, period-like cramping, bloating, tender breasts (just started 3 days ago) more frequent urination (really early in the morning i wake up to pee, i used to always be able to wait until i got up) i took a HPT last wednesday afternoon and it was negative. today i started bleeding lightly, does that mean my period is here & im not pregnant? or what is going on!? someone please help!

Difficult to say, it maight be either that you miscarying, or that you started a period. The test is negative... But you definitely should see a gynaecologist, if you very worried.

I wouldn't think you miscarried because if you have, there would have been an excessive amount of blood. Although your period has never been late before, there is a first for everything. Those symptoms can be associated with your period arriving. You also never mentioned if the sex was unprotected (im going to assume it was). Your bleeding lightly could be implantation bleeding. Implantation bleeding will usually be brown or a very light pink. That is caused by old blood being moved from the egg attaching to the uterine wall. If it was red, then that is new blood shedding your uterus to begin again, and that is almost impossible to be pregnant through that.
If you still feel you are pregnant then you should contact your doctor and ask for a blood test. Those are 100% accurate. Urine tests have been known to fail by not picking up enough hormones because the pregnancy is too early, or if it is a dud. Best of luck!

I agree with Danielle. It could be implantaton. Go see a doctor and always use protection. It's free and comes in many forms.
