The Priority of Line Seisure has different levels for Medical, Fire, Burglary, Automation, Intercomm, etc

Are you familiar with an RJ 41X Jack?
Red and Green is Dial tone in, and Grey and brown goes out to premise wiring(all jacks in the house).
When a system goes into Alarm, Panel disconnects inside jacks so it will dial out even if some one is on the phone, or a burglar cannot lift a phone off hook to stop panel from dialing.
Line seizure is a good(and necessary) thing.
