My son was in an accident with my car. He is 17 yrs old and does not have a license. He was ticketed and said to be at fault. I have full coverage insurance on my car. Will the insurance company pay for the damages to my car?

Loaded question, snativ, I would suggest you contact your insurance company with the particulars, as you have to make them aware of the damage to your car and the other car. It was your son's fault, plus driving without a licence is a serious offence. Be prepared for your rates to go up. How was it he came to be driving your car without a licence?

It is very possible that they may deny it ( or they may pay but then sue you for repayment of the money)
You would have broken the insurance contract by allowing a unlicensed driver ( illegal to drive) use the car.
Plus of course legal issues, now the 17 will not be able to even get a license for a much longer time, plus even if they don't pay, I would expect them to cancel your insurance and if they don't, the rates may go up ( as much as double even)
So you could be in seroius money trouble over it.
