It has been 6 weeks after having a baby and me and my spouse has been intimate but the next morning I noticed a dark bleedy show is that common? And should I call the doctor right away?

Usually dark blood is considered older blood. Since you recently gave birth, and have just resumed intercourse, it likely is left from your body healing still and no need to be concerned. If it continues without the intercourse, and returns to bright red, let your doctor.

Depending on the amount and such, they may or may not suggest coming in to get checked or perhaps hold off on being intimate a bit longer.

Yes this is still common as your body is still healing... sex they say sud wait till 12 weeks idealy but you no how it is lol... but it is normal... keep an eye and if it is sore or getting worse get doc to check
