Were is the throttle position sensor located on a 97 f250 7.3 turbo diesel

It will be on the opposite side of the throttle body from the throttle cable.

Om not real good on diesel moters can you tell me were to look for throttle body

Look for the throttle cable--it goes right to the throttle plate/body. On the other side of the throttle plate, you will find the Throttle Position Sensor.

Have been looking for a throttle cable an can't find one it looks to me like its all electric

The TPS is bolted to the left side of the throttle peddle right there by your foot.
