When trying to download some POGO games, they don't load and I get a message "Failed to initialize window. try running the game again. If that doesn't help (it doesn't), try changing the screen resolution and color depth (taking these steps don't help either) If that fails, video card does not support the game". Can I get an explanation as to what the card info is all about, how do I find out the card I have, and how do I update it?

I have a Gateway PC GT 5263E Intel R, Pentium R D CPU 2.80Ghz, 1.99 GB of Ram. Please let me know if you need any more to fix this problem. Thank you.

You left out what video adapter you have. That's the problem.

According to Gateway's support site, this is the video adapter you have:

Integrated Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950 (GMA950) Up to 224 MB DDR shared video memory

This is an onboard video adapter so your should be able add a video card to upgrade it. However, since the machine supports ViiV, I'm surprised that it wouldn't support Pogo games. Does the Pogo website give any minimum requirements for the games?
