What is the best conference to attend in the US or abroad on the subject of 'drug delivery'?

Welcome to AMHD. This is a really specialized question and while it's possible you'll get a good answer, I'm thinking probably not. I would recommend you ask your question directly to people in the field. For example, if you go to Wikipedia, "drug delivery,' they list some drug delivery meetings. So you could look to see who goes to those meetings and write to them directly.

Drug development is a huge well-funded field so which meetings would probably depend partly on what aspect of it you are most interested in. Even within drug delivery, there are so many new technologies being developed. Some problems are harder than others. E.g. CNS disorders and the blood brain barrier are still problematic. Here are a few technologies I've heard of: Prodrugs, liposomes, antisense oligonucleotides, and RNA aptamers. There must be a LOT more.
