I have a what looks like a bruise on my penis. I don't know if it is or isn't though. What worries me is that it has a pain usually after I masturbate for sure, but I'm not totally sure about using the bathroom. It's like a sharp pain like a needle. I can feel it well, but it's not a horrible pain that I can't deal with. It looks like a bruise, but could it be something else that I should worry about? I know I need to stop masturbating and I will. Is their anything I should do?

You should go to your doctor.

This could be something as simple as a pimple, or ingrown hair, or as serious as an infection or disease. We can't tell you which it is over the internet.

Go to your doctor, get it checked. That's really the only option you have.

As for masturbating. You don't need to stop, although I would until this spot has been treated.

Masturbation is normal, but if this spot is related to masturbating, then you're either not being gentle enough, or your doing it too much. Less is more. ;)
