I was wondering if its possible or advisable to use toilet size drain pipes in a commercial kitchen sink drain in order to allow small scraps of food to pass through more easily and eliminate the constant clogging that happens from it. Also it would allow for less work by trying to onstantly keep a drain trap in the drain and then empyingit and putting it back again and again while a sink full of chunky dish water is draining. I though this way it could just be allowed to go down the drain . ((of course with some kind of drain catcher to keep forks and knives from falling down)
