I have an Arcoaire AC and the fan doesn't kick on automatically. I have deduced that it is because of this part not engaging all the way. It kicks in part way and I have to rig it to make contact and initiate the fan. If there is an easy way to adjust this then please inform. Otherwise I took a pic so I could replace it. Can anyone help with an ID.

That is your contactor, it turns the compressor and fan on when energized by the thermostat and the low voltage system. No adjustment. Replace.
