Just last week had a almost new heat pump installed. The air handler was new, the compressor just a few years old. Both the compressor and the AC coils are the same age. They cleaned the coils and installed everything very nice like. Installed the drain for the drip pan etc. The prob. Is after the unit has ran for 30+ minutes, water drips from inside the coils down onto the blower fan and the elec. Components inside. We shut down the unit, dried everything up, and filled the pan with water, it drained just fine, no water at all dripped into the unit, we did this several times, thinking that there might be a small crack in the pan. There was never a drop of water. Turned the unit back on, and after about 30 minutes. Again, water was dripping from inside the "A" coil, down onto the blower fan and elec. Components. I tired every way I could to see the source of the drip but the blower fan is in the way so I can't stick my head up in there to see. It is unbearably hot now, the unit cools supper good, but we can't run it because something is just not right. Any suggestions on what the cause might be and a fix. Thanks
