My kenmore dryer heats up, drum turns, filters are clean... but it's not drying clothes! Need to run one load at least 4 cycles until the clothes dry?

Have you made sure the ducts are clear? Or that the outside vent is clear? We had the same problem, cleaned out the ductwork and the outside filter and we were good to go.
