Every time I close my internet, I receive a message saying : Internet Explore has stopped working. An error was to blame...
Can anybody help ?

Make sure your machine is FULLY updated, for starters.

Do you have the complete message that is given, will help and also what version of IE using.
Any changes that either happened or that you perhaps made to your computer around the time that the problem started; particularly any Software or Hardware that you installed or setup.
