I have to prepare an assignment for an examination in australia about a complete design to a multiple master metering commercial electrical installation.
The specifications are as follow.
1. The maximum demand 470 Amps @ 3 phase 415 volts.
2. Sub main maximum demand 120 Amps @ 3 phase 415 volts , 05 shops to be supplied from the network operators 470 amps connection.

I need to direct you to the Australian electric code, of which you must have a copy handy if your taking a class.

I do not believe anyone here is familiar with it.

And I am unable to find much on the internet.

The National Electric Code used in the USA may be similar , but I am sure the values of derating factors are a bit different, and this is nothing to be inaccurate about.

If you can find a link to read it on line, perhaps we can help.

Reviewing the local electric utility installation requirement will help also.
