How can we know about our past life?

How can anyone know,therapy(Hypnosis? regression? etc)

History books,research,if there were listings about your personal family history.

My family just found a relative had moved to Natchez Mississippi.The homestead is on the National Registry of historic sites,circa 1860(as well as most of the town)My great grandfather built the home when he moved there from Delaware.He married the mayor's daughter in Natchez.

With some research,you can find some things in your past,but it takes effort.

I don't believe in past lives, however, I do believe that we can share memories of certain people/animals who have lived in the past.

I fully believe that we can learn about the bodies that our Souls have inhabited before their current one, and if you find a reputable regression hypnotherapist you can learn a lot about those lives. It depends what country you're in, but in Britain we have the BSSK (a spiritualist organisation) that can put you through to many different qualified people. Try attending an event close to you, or possibly even a spiritualist church.

When I meditate I use it as a simple relaxation exercise, but there are places that can teach you to 'inhabit' past selves during meditation. However, be warned that it is usually much safer (if more expensive) to let someone who knows his business show you how to get there. After all, if it's a past life then you must have died and you don't want to risk going back to somewhere like that. Imagine if you were somebody really interesting and you found out during your research what it felt like to be burnt at the stake?
