Its not Young Folks, and its not Home (Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros)
I heard on the radio Friday night 7pm. Not sure what station though!
I'm pretty sure it did have a whistling motif (pattern) in it..

Could it possibly "Work Hold On (Children of the Sky)" by Bob Sinclair? I heard that on the radio the other day, it's a great song!
