I am 3 days late for my period.I tested on a Wednesday.right after the due date of my period and got a negative first response test... ;(... it was due June 8th 2010.and I haven't gotten it yet.I had sex twice before the date of my period may 31 2010. And June 7th 2010 and was due for my cycle June 8th 2010.it is now Friday June 11 2010 and I have no cycle .no signs of it coming on.although yesterday June 10 2010 I had a shooting sharp pain go across my stomach for some reason... and I don't know why.last month was normal but this month is the first time my period has ever been missed since 2006... crazy... ive never been off track.im really confused about it.ive been feeling really tired and loss of appettite.and when I get ready for bed I feel nauseus.I had a small craving.also I have been going to the bathroom frequently over 8-12 times a day... idk... lol... I also have been having sex a few times last month may of 2010. Before my last period and of course after.sorry to throw you off there... but if I am pregnant I will surely be blessed.I am 22 yrs of age.so yes me and my boyfriend have been planning since January.I hope and pray that I am.anyone have any comments let me know.thank you!!

3 days late isn't that much. You could still be pregnant, but it's just too early to test.

There are many reasons we women have off periods, pregnancy is just one of them. It could be because of stress, change in diet, exercise, medication, weight loss, weight gain, illness. So many things can effect our cycles.

Wait another week or two, if you still haven't gotten your period then retest, make sure to use first morning urine as it's more accurate. Some women never get a positive using an hpt, so you may consider seeing your doctor for a more accurate test.

If you are pregnant, it will most likely be from the sex in may after your last period. The timing sounds right with the nausea symptoms and urination. Please don't put too much hope into it though, those also could be symptoms that your period is about to begin. Im guessing that your probably late (if not pregnant) due to worrying about getting pregnant lol. But I do wish you best of luck and hope you are! When I was pregnant I remember feeling nausea and urinating quite a bit a month after conception (which IF you are pregnant, it would meat yours as well)

OK thanks for the information.its now day 5 and still no period.ive been having minor... not too much of cramping as if its my period at least twice a day since day 3 of being late.but no sign of my period.. it turns out that its just *gas* that's making me cramp.. heh heh... because I feel better afterwards.I can say I have been feeling more tired than ever even after 8-9 hour sleep.when usually I'm so energized when I wake up.but recently its been(ugh!looking at the time and rolling back over in my bed! )cant say my appettite hasn't changed still.although I'm still craving popeyes bad!. I haven't had any type of spotting whatsoever.I was told to wait another 3 days to retest.and then if nothing wait an extra 3 days(due to sometimes it take some women 2 weeks to know... )and if still negative I will consult my doc(if I still don't have a sign of positive test or my period)... I am praying and hoping to god almighty!lol.that I am with child.it will be a blessing of a lifetime for me!. anyway good luck teneecosmo.and thanks to you other two women for the comments.I really appreciate it. I am going to update on my posts,because I see that some people make posts and never leave updates of how it turned out.
Tomorrow will be 7 days from my missed period and I still have no sign of it and no spotting whatsoever.I am more tired than ever.I find myself falling asleep sitting here at my laptop sometimes.I have been cramping still.but not too much for me not to be able to go on about my day.so I guess that's good.I haven't been able to sleep well for the past 3 nights.. I don't know why though.along with a lot of bathroom trips.
Will be updating tomorrow or either Wednesday.

Hello keekeelala I'm in the same kind of boat as you, I am in fact 9 days late.my period was due on the 9th and nothing yet.durin the 3/4 weeks before my period was due I was having headaches, feeling really tired just not myself, 2 weeks before I was due for period I was sik one then after that I kept getting weired sik feelings in my throat but was never sick then since Saturday morning 12th June, I got twinges in my stomach then from then I've just had stomach cramps and no blood, since Monday I have been feeling really sik it comes and goes, I have not been enjoying my food much either, I took a pregnancy test last Tuesday 8th, one on this Tuesday 15th and one today 17th and all was negative so I'm going to do one in the morning and if that's negative and I'm still not on then ill go doctors tomoz afternoon. Good luk though xx
