Do you know about or have you tried any good diet for abs?

All diets come down to calories, but as a general rule, diets that are too high in carbs tend to deposit fat on the belly.

Cut out all the white carbs (sugar, bread, rice, pasta, potatoes, cereals) and make sure you are eating quality protein, healthy fats and green vegetables at every sit-down meal.

I agree with Eileen. Get rid of those bad carbs. If you're disciplined, try to modify your diet to around 200 to 250 CARB calories a day (50 to 55 grams) of carbs a day total and then rest a good blend of protein and fat (don't cut out fat completely, it's not good for you).

If you're thinking about ABS I'm assuming you are in pretty good shape and not very overweight.

What I described above is similar to later phases of "Low Carb" diets like Atkins, but just skipping the FAD diet portion (the first several weeks)..
