Can you please advise on the approximate pricing for the following work done in Park Ridge, IL?
A) The GFCI Receptacle in the second floor guest bathroom did not trip when tested, either with the device test button or an independent circuit analyzer. Seller to have repaired by a licensed professional.
B) The receptacle in the family room (fireplace) tested and was labeled as having an open ground. This is a shock and fire hazard. Seller to have repaired by a licensed professional.
C) One of the pair of receptacles to the right of the kitchen sink tested and was labeled as having reversed polarity. Sell to have repaired by a licensed professional. Seller to have a licensed professional install GFCI protection for this receptacle.
D) Receptacles to the right of the stove have no current, and, we so labeled. These receptacles are not GFCI protected. Seller to have these receptacles repaired and GFCI protected by a licensed professional.
E) In Addition to the receptacles noted above, the receptacle to the left of the stove is not GFCI protected. Seller to GFCI protect.
F) Sellers to have a licensed professional install GFCI and AFCO protection in the master bedroom.
