Can you please advise on the approximate pricing for the following work done in Park Ridge, IL?

A) The GFCI Receptacle in the second floor guest bathroom did not trip when tested, either with the device test button or an independent circuit analyzer. Seller to have repaired by a licensed professional.
B) The receptacle in the family room (fireplace) tested and was labeled as having an open ground. This is a shock and fire hazard. Seller to have repaired by a licensed professional.
C) One of the pair of receptacles to the right of the kitchen sink tested and was labeled as having reversed polarity. Sell to have repaired by a licensed professional. Seller to have a licensed professional install GFCI protection for this receptacle.
D) Receptacles to the right of the stove have no current, and, we so labeled. These receptacles are not GFCI protected. Seller to have these receptacles repaired and GFCI protected by a licensed professional.
E) In Addition to the receptacles noted above, the receptacle to the left of the stove is not GFCI protected. Seller to GFCI protect.
F) Sellers to have a licensed professional install GFCI and AFCO protection in the master bedroom.

Thank you!

Can't, but I'll give you guesses:
A) Bad GFCI
B) unknown issue - depends on many variables
C) reverse wires
D) if there is revere polarity and there are some GFCI recept, the reverse polarity will prevent other recept from working downstream.
D) Difficult or easy - depends on the electrician's bag of tricks and what's found by inspection
E) Install GFCI recept
F) GFCI and AFCI combo breakers are EXPENSIVE.

Hard to tell the number of circuits in the kitchen. GFCI breaker or receptacles are possible. You do have to dentify the number of circuits and the first one in the chain.

Guess, around $500 give or take.
