I hear from difference people that there are classes that help people in purchasing a house. Like, they teach you certain things about mortgages and whatnot and once you finish the class, they give you a loan or some kind of money to get a house. But I don't know how true that is. My mom also told me something about this. But I don't know how true it is and I don't want to waste my time.
Anyone have any advice on what I can do to purchase a house?
I'm renting at the moment. But the next place I move into, I would like it to be my own. I don't want anything too big, but not too tiny either (cause eventually I am going to have a kid :-) and maybe my fiancés kid over if he gets rights.
Thanks you guys for any information
