I am 82 year old Mother. I live in California. My 46 year old daughter, her 11 and 14 year old son's live here as well. Their father walked out on them after he received a large worker's comp settlement. I have supported them for 5 years. We don't have any kind of written agreement. They were going to live here until the settlement$311,000.00 was received. Even before the money was received I paid all the expenses, down to food, dental work for the kids etc.
My daughter abuses me verbally, mentally and has come so close to physical abuse and decided not to hit me at that time.
I am now being abused by her kids too. They are treating me like she does. Help? Someone please help me get her and her hoarding garbage, kids and animals out of my house legally.
