My wife has a Green Card and planning to get her Citizenship eventually because we are married. If we get divorced while she has her Green Card, does this mean she will be denied her citizenship? (Her application for Citizenship is based on us being married; not through her employer.)

Probebly not, but it depends on what stage in the process she is.
Also I can refer you to a site I know, you can ask an expert on that site:www.gclusa.org

Her citizenship should not be affected by the divorce. Please confirm if she has conditional residence, as she will need to file the I-751 to remove the conditions. If she has the regular permanent residence, she will not have any problems with her natz. Good luck.
