Hi,

I just bought a house and have a constant hot water leak from my overflow pipe. The water pressure in the shower is bad to the exstent that on whemn the hot water is open it does not come out of the rose correctly. It drips and is not a constant flow.

What can I do? Will my home insurance cover this?

You must be European or Brit. I think a geyser is a water heater in American. You said overflow is leaking, do you mean the pressure release piping of the heater? What is a rose?

Home insurance will not cover problems that existed before you bought this house. This type of issue isn't going to be covered by any insurance short of warranty insurance, did you but that? I would replace the T&P valce on the top side of the heater. Harold, rose=hose
