I own a Heil SP80 residential furnace. Just recently, I noticed the blower motor(room air circulation) failed to run after the furnace ignited and heated the heater box. When I manually rotated the blower motor fan to get it started the blower motor would run on its own but only at low speed... I believe it is a 2 speed blower motor fan when operating normally. Is there a start-up capacitor in series with the motor wiring that could be causing the problem? Or should I be looking to replace the motor.
