Hello I'm 19 and have been charged with a felony but there is a really high chance that I'm going to be convited of it soon depending on what happens in court. Im in college but I feel like its kind of a wast because who is going to want to hire me if I do get convicted of this felony. Im just wondering what would be a good major to take where my felony background won't completely ruin my chances of ever getting a good job. Im really interested in becoming a physical therapist or something along thos lines do you think I would have a change of being hired anywhere? My felony charge would be for traffic and possion of mushrooms BTW, and a small amounts. Im just wondering if I'm wasting my time? And also looking for advice for other carrer paths that would be more likely to hire me if I meet all the qualifications. Much appreciated to all advice.

I think you'd do fine as a physical therapist, as far as drugs go I don't think they really mind as long as it wasn't extremely recent and don't have reason to think you'll be doing drugs in between clients or anything.
