I liked her since we were young thought we would grow up together but she moved. I found her after 7 years later on Facebook and we reunited. I asked if she had a BF and she said no so I asked her out and it went good, valentines was coming up so I asked her to breakfast and to be mine she accepted both it went good and she said she was happy. She told me that she was going to prom with her ex and that it was OK. After prom they apparently got back together and then a week later broke up again. She is leaving to go to the marines and I said I wanted to take her out before she go's she said OK. Should I tell her, or leave it alone

Are you prepared for a long distance relationship? If you're not, then you're better off staying friends.
On the other hand, if she goes away before you mention your feelings, would you regret not doing it?
You need to consider the consequences of your actions and determine which consequence you would rather face.

I agree with Tal, it may complicate things, but on the other hand, if you don't tell her you could regret it for a long time. Long distance relationships are tricky. I have been with a military man who was gone more than he was home, my father was in the Navy and was gone sometimes 11 months out of the year. It's very hard on family to be separated, and it's not a job you can just get up and quit when ever.
If you are prepared to do this, and you know you need to tell her, than I would say try and keep it as light as possible! Good luck!

Exchange letters while she is away and see how things go. It has been 7 years and you two have maybe changed a bit.
It will not hurt to tell her you'd like to write, keep in touch and see how things go.
