Was the distrubutor ever removed? If so was it put back correctly? Have you tried to start it with anything else like starting fluid or WD40 ?

Thoughts:
. Test all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multimeter.
. Replace the Ignition Control Module--you may have spark but it may not be firing when the ECM directs. These are problematic components.
. Check each cylinder's compression, if the problem persists.

Anyone that has this problem, check the harness behind the distributor. Mine was open.

irocbradley, try the same procedure as recommended above:
. Test all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multimeter.
. Replace the Ignition Control Module--you may have spark but it may not be firing when the ECM directs. These are problematic components.
. Check each cylinder's compression, if the problem persists.
