How many times can a judgment be renewed?
How long is it good for if renewed?
Does it go back against my credit if renewed?
Is there an issue if I moved out state before the 10 year judgement period expired?

I think it can be renewed ONCE for ten years. It doesn't go BACK against your credit. It just doesn't get removed FROM your credit report. No, it doesn't matter where you live. It can be collected in ANY state.

Just to add some clarification here, this has nothing to do with "statute of limitations". It has to do with the term of a judgement. The term statute of limitations refers to the amount of time someone has to bring legal action against someone else.

It has actually indeed been removed from my credit report, thankfully. Just wasn't sure if it could get placed back on and affect my credit again (which is now excellent and I'd like to keep it that way). And it's a different law firm entirely that is trying to recollect on the judgment(in a different city in fact).
Just trying to decide whether to request legal assistance, or blow them off.
