First off, graph it so you have a picture of what it looks like.

x-intercept:

Set y=0 and solve for x by using quadratic formula.

y-intercept:

Set x=0 and solve for y.

vertex:

Use x=\frac{-b}{2a}, \;\ y=c-\frac{b^{2}}{4a} to find the x and y coordinates of the vertex.

max or min:

For a parabola the max or min is at the vertex. This one is concave up, so it has a minimum.
