I masturbate every week, but only once. I've noticed that for three weeks my semen has been yellow. I've had this problem before, but it's usually white. I'm not sure what this could mean, so I'm asking.

If you have had any damage to that area in recent times that could be it. You should seek medical attention since it has been so long. If blood is getting in there and mixing it to a yellowish tint then chances are you have a problem. Get checked.
