Remember, you can only do the best you can do, you can't do any better than that.

The economy is terrible right now, employers have the chance to be very choosy about who they pick. If you are not picked, this job was not right for you. It says nothing about YOU as a person, remember that.

Rejection is part of life, everyone feels or gets rejected at some time in their lives, there are two things you can do.

1. let the rejection consume you and stop trying.

2. accept the rejection and learn from it.

If you are rejected ask why,and then fix what it is they require.

Make sure you are well perpared, find out as much as you can about the company, eat well and rest before tomorrow.

The only way to succeed is not to give up.

But my mental state has gone so down that it is unable to take the thought of rejection.I feel life has come to stand still trying to push myself that this is not the end but not able to take it. In a position where I can effort even to end the life because of kids.Sounds so silly but I am very depressed and can't live just crossing the fingers

Time to seek professional help.

Speak to your doctor as soon as possible.

There are loads of things you can do to improve yourself esteem and confidence, but for now,my advice is to speak to your doctor.

Please, keep us posted. And remember, employers have the opportunity to be choosy right now. It is nothing against you personally.
