The health professionals don't really recommend dieting when breast feeding, don't forget everything you put into your body goes into your breastmilk, from drugs to cigarettes, coffee, bananas and cabbage, what you put in your body your baby gets.
Breast feeding requires a lot of calories and burns lots of calories.
To answer your question,my advice would be to ask your doctor.
If your finding it hard to shift the baby weight, could you fit in a walk during the day? I know babies take up a lot of time and its hard to find time for you, maybe take the baby with you?

It contains a lot of caffeine which can often make a baby very cranky.
The problem is that when you are breastfeeding, you get really hungry, and tend to eat a lot of the sort of food you can eat with one hand - biscuits and chocolate and chips.
Stock up with a lot of quality food, like hard boiled eggs, chopped up fruit and veg, cold meat or fish, nuts like almonds etc. Make some vegetable soup for when you get a few minutes to sit and eat properly.
And I agree with Redhed, put the baby in a sling or buggy and go out for walks.

No... I know it has been made popular by the Kardashian girls, if that is where you heard about it, but it really is too extreme for use while breastfeeding. Another issue is really knowing all of the ingredients. As with many quick weight loss products, some ingredients are difficult to determine as they are listed as a complex or a product name only. You also don't always get the levels of each ingredient. Some of the herbal supplements that can be in some of these products can be transferred through breastmilk and would not be safe for baby.
Eating well and getting regular daily exercise is the safest and smartest way to go. If you need a boost, one system that has been shown to be healthy and safe is the one Weight Watchers has for breastfeeding mothers.
