Does anyone remember a movie w/ a girl about a painting that she gets into the picture and its w/ different colors and towns.(Each town has a color theme) But the colored towns don't get along w/ each other (sing songs). Eventually they all despise each other an the movie turns gray.but then they all get along an then the colors come together.
