I have turist visa in Canada and I also have a Canadian baby. I was living with my baby's father but we are not a good couple so we are separeted now and I am living with my sister. I want to go back to my country Brazil with my baby because I can not survive in Canada but her father is not allow me to go with her. How can I get her sole custody? I don't want child support.

You go to Court and file for sole custody - I very much doubt you will get it. The Courts are very reluctant to take away a parent's right to visit with his/her child.

What do you mean, "You cannot survive in Canada?"

I mean, I have no visa to stay in Canada, no job, nowhere to live, my English still bad... If I go back to Brazil I am going to have financial and emotional support, I could finish my university and give my baby a better life.

You must give the him official written notice of the intention to move and it is up to him to file an objection with the court.
The best way is to file a petition with the court asking for the court's permission to relocate.
