I have such a question as below:

Mr.A as a retired builder appears as a guest on a radio program, which he will answer any kind of home maintenance problem from listeners.

If a listerner carried out Mr.A instructions faithfully but fail to carried out some other critical work which didn't mentioned by Mr.A. The listener has encounter some lost due to some of property damaged incurred afterward.

Do the radio station and Mr.A has liability on this issue? Does the listener has any chances of recovering these losses from Mr.A and the station?

Assume that this case happen in Singapore. As I has check from Broadcasting Act in Singapore but fail to found relevant information regarding this.

I do not know Singapore law, but in North America, it would be NO.

Calling into a talk show does not guarantee you accurate advice, only probable.

If you want actual advice, you need to hire a professional.
