The expired tag was filed almost 2 weeks ago, and the expired license is not in the system. I have a court date, that the officer set up, but it only shows the expired tag. I am on probation, which will violate me, I know, but is that the reason its not in the court system? Thank you for any and all help.

When we were a officer, it was not uncommon for our supervisor to review our tickets before they were sent to the court, if one looked wrong, or they thought charges were wrong, they would often "throw it out" so it never went to court.

You don't want it to end up on another day and you not be there.
