I have a lot of things that are coming down on me, with my partner of 13 years and my 20 year old son, I have bad health problems, I feel the strong need to just pack up my things and leave town and not tell anyone were I'm going, just disappear and start over some place else.
I don't have the money to go see a doctor about this. I'm feeling very very overwhem, I'm so mess up I can't even think nor spell

Honestly, I think everybody has felt like that from time to time. If it is constantly troubling your mind.
You do not need money to see a counselor. There are always programs in place and counselors available through certain programs that will help you.
Please think about this. Instead of running away, I think 13 years should be fought with everything you have. Even making a possible change with your wife along by yourself might even do wonders.
Also not sure what is going on with your son. Your son is 20 years old and no matter what may be happening. Your son needs to learn about life on his own and get on his own if he already is not.
Now health problems with you, many people can be brought down by health issues that can effect depression and out look on life. You need to try to take care of these health issues and then maybe your outlook will improve.
Remember that you can open up lots here, that we can help more if we know more about the whole situation.
Hope you get a lot more answers and I also hope you respond and talk these things through.

It is very hard to figure out what problems you are having, and why you are feeling so desperate.
What things are coming down on you with your partner, and your 20 year old son.
What health problems do you have.
What is so bad that you feel the need to disappear.
Why are you so overwhelmed and messed up.
There are many here who can help, and offer advice, but it is near impossible without some basic information on what the problems are.
