I have a problem with drinage the kitcen at the upper floor is 4.5m from the end wall; so the builder said I can in case them in concrete but the slab thickness is only 200mm. Then is in front of the door to the balcony. How s that going to be possible;

I hvave a problm in draining the kitchen which is put 4.5 metres from the end wall! It has passage that lead to the balcony in the upper floor. The slab is only 200mm the toilet and the showers are the only ones that are close to the end wall which is 1.5m balcony. You say your slab is 200 mm( 7.8 in,) That's twice as thik as the average slab. What country are you from? What about venting? You sink won't drain well if it isn't vented properly. Please give us more details. Tom
