I have a 94 Integra w/159,000 miles and my steering wheel shakes at low speeds. What is causing this?

Check/replace the lower ball joints. If the steering wheel shakes, when you apply the brakes, you likely have a lateral runout (LRO) problem. Other possibilities are tire related--unusual wear or metric tire treads.
